Policy statements

The short version: this is a marketing and documentation site, the software is MIT licensed, we do not track you, and if you find a security problem we want to hear about it.

Terms of use#

You may read, quote and link to anything published on this site. Attribution is appreciated and not demanded. The site is provided as it is, without warranty, and Voxgig Ltd is not liable for what you do with the information on it.

Nothing on this site is an offer of a contract. Engagements with Voxgig Ltd are governed by a signed statement of work, and where that document and this page disagree, that document wins.

Software licensing#

The Voxgig SDK generator and its templates are MIT licensed. Code you generate with them is yours, under whatever licence you choose to ship it. The generated example SDKs in the public catalogue are published under the licence stated in each repository.

Site content, including copy and images, is copyright Voxgig Ltd.

Acceptable use of the public API#

The public endpoints described at https://voxgig.com/developers are free to use, without a key. In return: identify your client with a descriptive User-Agent, do not use the contact form for unsolicited marketing, and do not attempt to reach the administrative endpoints under /api/cms.

We would rather answer an email than block an address. If you need unusual volume, write to info@voxgig.com first.

Privacy and cookies#

The full privacy statement, including what the contact form stores and the single local-storage value the site sets, is at https://voxgig.com/privacy. The site's own code sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

Security#

Report a suspected vulnerability to info@voxgig.com. We will acknowledge it, and we will not pursue anyone who reports in good faith and does not exfiltrate data or degrade the service for others.

The machine-readable contact details are published as RFC 9116 security.txt.
