> Voxgig Ltd operates voxgig.com. This page describes exactly what the website collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers the website only, not any client engagement, which is governed by its own contract.

## Who we are

Voxgig Ltd is registered in Ireland (company #612007) at 4th Floor, Investment House, 8-34 Percy Place, Dublin 4, D04 P5K3, and in the United Kingdom (company #11248283) at Prospect House, 67 Boston Manor Road, Brentford, TW8 9JQ.

For any question about this page or about data we hold, write to info@voxgig.com. A person answers, normally within 48 hours.

## What the contact form collects

The contact form at https://voxgig.com/contact asks for three things: your name, your email address, and your message. Nothing else is collected from that form, and there are no hidden fields.

Those three values, plus the time of submission, are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database in order to answer you. They are not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not fed into any marketing automation. We keep enquiries so we can pick up a conversation later; ask us to delete yours and we will.

## The newsletter

The newsletter sign-up posts your email address directly to Substack, which runs the mailing list. Voxgig does not store that address on this site. Substack's own privacy policy governs what happens next, and every issue carries an unsubscribe link.

## Cookies and local storage

The site's own code sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It stores one value in your browser's local storage, `theme`, which remembers whether you chose light or dark mode. That value never leaves your browser.

One cookie belongs to the site, `ccs_cms_session`. It is set only when a Voxgig operator signs in to the private content management area, and only for that person. Visitors never receive it.

## Server logs and infrastructure

The site runs on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare processes the usual request metadata, IP address, User-Agent, URL and timing, to serve and protect the site. Voxgig has Cloudflare's observability logging enabled for operational diagnostics; those records are short-lived and are not used to profile visitors.

Images are served from Cloudflare R2. Every page also loads two Podmind widget scripts from podmind.voxgig.com, a service Voxgig operates, which power the podcast question box. Requests to that domain are handled under Voxgig's own infrastructure, not a third party's.

## AI crawlers and agents

This site is deliberately open to AI crawlers and agents. Everything published here is public marketing and documentation, so we let agents read it, and we publish machine-readable versions to make that easier. See https://voxgig.com/robots.txt and https://voxgig.com/llms.txt for the exact policy.

That policy applies to published pages only. It gives nobody access to contact enquiries, which are private.

## Your rights

If you are in the EU or the UK you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to our processing it. Exercise any of those by emailing info@voxgig.com. We do not require a form, and we do not charge.

If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie) or the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

## Changes

If this page changes materially we will say so here rather than change it quietly. The current version is published at https://voxgig.com/privacy and as markdown at https://voxgig.com/privacy.md.
